"Guess how much I love you," said Little Nutbrown Hare.
"猜猜我有多爱你。" 小栗色兔子说。
"This much," said Little Nutbrown Hare, stretching out his arms as wide as they could go.
"这么多。" 小栗色兔子说着，把手臂张开，张到无法再张开。
"But I love you this much," said Big Nutbrown Hare, stretching out his much longer arms.
"可是我爱你这么多。" 大棕兔说着，把他更长的手臂张开。
"I love you as high as I can reach," said Little Nutbrown Hare.
"我爱你有我举得这么高。" 小栗色兔子说着，把手臂高高举起。
"I love you right up to my toes!" said Little Nutbrown Hare, swinging upside down.
"我爱你一直到我的脚趾头！" 小栗色兔子倒立着说。
"I love you right up to the moon," he said, and closed his eyes. "I love you right up to the moon and back," whispered Big Nutbrown Hare.
"我爱你一直到月亮那里。" 他说着闭上了眼睛。"我爱你一直到月亮那里，再从月亮上回到这里来。" 大棕兔轻声说道。
